When I install Soldier of Fortune and try to run the game, I only get a black screen and the computer locks up. This is with a Voodoo3 video card. The game used to work perfectly on the old k6-2 system, but why isn't it working on this Duron system? have any of you had any similar problems...

I have the GlobalWin WBK38 on my Duron 850@ 1080 (puts out the same amount of heat as the T-bird 1.2GHz) and my temps are 46C - 47C under full load and with a room temp pf 29C-30C (pretty hot in the room). With a room temp at 24C, I get full load temps at 42C. Of course I also have a 120mm...

I'm still on my Soundblaster AWE 64 Value :) 'Nuff said :D Many say it gives you problems with the KT7A motherboard but I haven't noticed anything. Sound is good, if I want surround sound, I'll connect t to the Surround sound system next to the 'puter. :)

Will the Thermaltake Volcano2 heatsink fit on a Socket 5 motherboard?? I'm building a totally quiet system consisting of a P75@120 and that cpu gets pretty darn hot at that speed. Don't want to put a fan on that heatsink beacause of the noise. Will this Volcano 2 heatsink fit ?? Thanks :)
