Looks like old Housen is pulling the plug on some more good times and shutting down off-topic at Sharky Extreme.

I hate to see the Off Topic forums go too, but at the end of the day internet.com is a business and they obviously feel the OT type forums detract from their overall business plan.

However that leaves the OT stuff to the likes of us, which I feel is real good thing.

I think maybe you could post a message there inviting OT members to come and visit here now the closure is official.

I hope it doesnt offend anyone.

It was very much the same as HWC's OT... there were a lot of good times, and there were a lot of bad times (the bad times being enough to overwhelm the good times though)

I think a crowd like sharky OT would be fun to have over here

There was a guy at HWC called pigsnack, I thought that was pretty funny too.

I've been spamming the heck out the ot forum at Sharkey with xi in my signature tonight, but I don't think people are too interested.

Update: Sad day indeed. Housen takes another one down. Da Dork There was nothing wrong with the ot at Sharky. No personal attacks or any of the stuff at hwc. Any site that has internet.com written on it, I wont join their forums from now on.

Here's what I told Housen in their feedback forum:
Go ahead and close mine right now. See if I care.

I know, I know the MA here says no personal problems from other sites, but this gave me such pleasure that I just had to share it.
